The Quickhitch accepts any 19mm diam. shank cuter with one or more flats. 1.) Align cutter below quickhitch arbor. 2.) Twist arbor sleeve clockwise against the spring and hold 3.) Insert shank of cutter into arbor, push it home and release the sleeve. . 4.) Twist the cutter in the arbor to ensure the flat is engaged in the locking mechanism.
